Twaron® is an aramid fiber especially suitable for the acoustic dampening of loudspeaker casings. The excellent damping properties lead to a significantly increased spatiality of the music reproduction. Twaron® is a registered trademark of Taijin Aramid B.V. Arnhem (NL). Their inorganic origin counteracts rotting and mold formation.
Extensive listening tests have shown that 3 to 10 grams per liter are sufficient.
