Feron I-Core
Economical, very compact, board-mountable, lowest core effect, stray field to be considered in the layout, yet very capable for its size. The I-core coil is the simplest and most affordable Feron core shape: a rod core of Feron sheet steel that supports the winding but delivers the smallest amplifying effect on the magnetic field compared to the other shapes. Precisely because of this it is very compact and well suited to board mounting. At the same time, within the compact core coil class, it handles considerably more than geometrically comparable Aronit or ferrite core coils.

MCoil VS
The MCoil VS is our I-core coil with a Feron core and resin-soaked round wire – compact, PCB-compatible, and mechanically optimized for maximum stability. Feron ensures very low magnetization losses at low signal levels and very late saturation under load. The large air gap – or open magnetic circuit – ensures exceptional power handling capacity in this design. The result: greater stability, clear contour, and clean dynamics – even in parallel and correction circuits.
MCoil VSCU
The MCoil VSCU is our I-core coil with a Feron core, copper foil conductor, and paper insulator – compact, PCB-compatible, and designed for maximum control with minimal losses. Feron ensures very clean small-signal response and very late-onset saturation, while the extremely stable foil/paper composite significantly reduces Macro-Microphony and energy losses. The result: greater quietness, clearer contour, and cleaner dynamics – ideal for the highest precision on the circuit board.
