MConnect CUW Copper Wires

MConnect CUW stands for solid copper conductors (solid core) as the structural basis. At its heart is the solid conductor made of high-purity copper. Solid core means: a continuous, homogeneous conductor without stranded individual wires, without internal contact points and without relative movement within the conductor. The current is carried through a clearly defined cross-section with constant geometry.

This design decision influences signal transmission on two levels.

Electrical constancy

A solid copper conductor possesses reproducible electrical parameters. Resistance, inductance and field distribution remain stable and unambiguously defined over the entire length. Especially in sensitive applications such as crossovers or internal loudspeaker wiring, this constancy is an essential prerequisite for controlled, low-loss signal routing.

Mechanical stability

Solid core minimizes structural mobility within the conductor. Since no individual wires can work against each other, the result is a geometrically calm unit. This mechanical stability reduces potential coupling effects caused by movement in the magnetic field and supports precise impulse rendering.

Pure copper stands for natural tonality, substance and balanced energy transfer. In solid execution, this material property is complemented by additional structural clarity. The result is signal routing with controlled dynamics, defined contours and high inner calm.

PTFE Insulated

Our 100 % copper solid-core conductors with PTFE insulation are consistently designed for sonic precision and structural stability. They combine high electrical conductivity with mechanical calm and controlled field guidance – three factors that are decisive in high-resolution audio systems.

PTFE insulation – minimal electrical interaction

PTFE possesses a very low dielectric constant and low dielectric losses – properties that, moreover, remain stable across a wide frequency spectrum. As a result, the material stores less electrical energy in the field around the conductor and influences the signal far less in the time domain than conventional insulation materials.

At the same time, the PTFE jacket protects the copper conductor mechanically against abrasion and contributes to the stabilization of the overall system. Through its defined stiffness it supports the geometric calm of the solid-core conductor.

The Interplay

100 % copper provides the tonal foundation. Solid core ensures mechanical stability. PTFE minimizes electrical and mechanical interactions.

The sum is signal routing that combines naturalness, fine resolution and structural clarity – with a balanced ratio of performance, quality and value.

For applications in which precision and musical coherence are paramount, this combination is a rigorously thought-through solution.
